California Privacy Policy Addendum Effective Date: July 1, 2024

  • F. Sensory data: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
  • G. Professional or employment-related information: Current or past job history or performance evaluations.
  • H. Non-public education information (per applicable law): Education records that are not publicly available as defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • I. Inferences drawn from other personal information: Profiles reflecting preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
